HOW THE FITNESS FOCUS T25 PROGRAM IS ORGANIZED

As its name suggests, the exercises last 25 minutes and are 5 days a week. On the fifth day you do a double session. Then you have a rest day and a second day in which you work on stretching and elasticity (there is a specific video for stretching).

If you are already a fit person, you may need more, you can go directly to the BETA phase, which is more intense.

On the screen you will see that there is a countdown so that at all times you know the time you have left, there is also a bar (thermometer type) that indicates both what you are wearing and what you need to complete the exercise.
